Interactive applications to train new Framatome employees on next-generation nuclear reactors.
Conseil 3D team was able to understand the challenges of the project in order to synthesize and develop an intuitive solution.
Framatome, a subsidiary of EDF specializing in nuclear energy, designs, builds, and modernizes reactor fleets. To facilitate the onboarding of new employees, the company required engaging training materials to explain the operating principles of a European Pressurized Reactor (EPR). The modules are designed for both field staff and office employees.
Conseil 3D developed a training program consisting of 7 modules specifically designed for onboarding. These modules, accessible offline or via an LMS platform, include:
The modules are now accessible through the LMS platform and are part of the mandatory onboarding process for every Framatome employee.
Offline versions are also used by trainers to facilitate their workshops.
The use of 3D has made the training more engaging and accessible to all skill levels.
